Rraft Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Rraft website, mobile applications, dashboards, communications, Tasks, Rewards, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Rraft. By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, purchasing or making a Task available, accepting or completing a Task, participating in an activity, receiving a Reward, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, CLASS AND COLLECTIVE ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW SECTIONS 41 THROUGH 46 CAREFULLY.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

- "Task Reward" means a monetary or other reward made available in connection with the successful completion and verification of an eligible Task.
- "Participation Reward" means a monetary or other reward made available in connection with eligible voluntary participation in a survey, educational activity, community activity, referral, event, program, or similar opportunity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or participate in the Services, unless Rraft expressly permits otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining an account. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another person's account without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must promptly notify Rraft if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Rraft may require identity, Property, organization, payment, tax, or other verification before allowing access to particular features of the Services.
3. Rraft's Role
Rraft provides a technology platform that allows Property Providers and Community Members to participate in eligible programs, make eligible Tasks available, discover and accept Tasks, document Task activity, review Task submissions, and facilitate Rewards.
Rraft may establish Task templates, eligibility requirements, completion requirements, safety requirements, training, qualifications, documentation requirements, and technical workflows intended to support safe, consistent, and compliant use of the Services.
Rraft does not replace a landlord, property manager, attorney, licensed contractor, licensed real estate professional, governmental authority, emergency service provider, or other professional where applicable law requires such a person or entity.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rraft is not a party to a lease or rental agreement between a Resident and Property Provider and does not acquire possession, ownership, or general management authority over a Property merely because a Property Provider or Resident uses Rraft.
Rraft is not a maintenance-request system, emergency reporting system, emergency dispatch service, or substitute for the ordinary or legally required channels through which a Resident must report maintenance, repair, safety, or emergency conditions to a Property Provider or appropriate authority.
4. Voluntary Community Member Participation
Resident and Community Member participation in Rraft is voluntary.
A Resident is not required to create or maintain a Rraft account, accept a Task, participate in an activity, earn Rewards, complete training, obtain a Rraft Qualification, or otherwise use Rraft as a condition of renting or continuing to rent a dwelling.
Community Members independently choose whether to participate in each Task or activity presented through Rraft.
Community Members are not required to complete a minimum number of Tasks, participate for any minimum period, maintain a particular level of activity, or earn any minimum amount of Rewards.
A Community Member may stop using Rraft at any time, subject to ordinary account administration and the processing of previously completed Tasks, Rewards, or disputes.
5. Rraft Participation and Tenancy Are Separate
A Resident's decision to use or not use Rraft must remain separate from the Resident's tenancy and housing rights.
A Property Provider may not penalize, retaliate against, disadvantage, threaten, coerce, or take an adverse housing action against a Resident because the Resident:
- does not create a Rraft account;
- stops using Rraft;
- declines a Task or activity;
- does not complete a Rraft Qualification;
- does not earn Rewards;
- chooses to satisfy an independently existing obligation without using Rraft;
- declines to permit another Community Member to enter the Resident's dwelling through a Rraft Task; or
- exercises any legal right relating to the tenancy.
Participation in Rraft may not be used as a basis for decisions concerning rent, deposits, rental eligibility, lease renewal, eviction, termination of tenancy, maintenance or repair priority, complaints, accommodations, required housing services, or other rights arising from the tenancy.
6. Existing Resident Responsibilities
Rraft does not create, replace, eliminate, or modify obligations that independently exist under a Resident's lease, rental agreement, Property rules, or applicable law.
Some Rraft Tasks may involve an activity that a Resident is independently responsible for performing, including certain routine care, preventative maintenance, safety checks, or other responsibilities associated with the Resident's own dwelling.
Participation in Rraft remains voluntary even when a Task relates to an independently existing Resident responsibility.
A Resident may satisfy the underlying responsibility without using Rraft.
Receiving a Task Reward through Rraft may require the Community Member to complete the applicable Rraft Task and submit the required Task Evidence.
Declining a Rraft Task does not eliminate an obligation that independently exists under a lease, rental agreement, Property rule, or applicable law.
Likewise, failure to use Rraft may not itself be treated as a violation of a lease or other tenancy obligation.
7. Eligible Tasks
Rraft may establish Task categories and Task templates that Property Providers can purchase, fund, or otherwise make available to eligible Community Members.
Property Providers may only use Rraft for Tasks permitted by Rraft and applicable law.
Eligible Tasks may include:
- routine Resident responsibilities within a Community Member's own dwelling;
- eligible preventative maintenance activities within a Community Member's own dwelling;
- community participation activities;
- community improvement activities;
- eligible Property-support activities;
- Resident feedback or surveys;
- educational activities;
- Resident referral activities;
- Restricted Tasks for Community Members who satisfy all applicable requirements; and
- other voluntary activities approved by Rraft.
Rraft may restrict, modify, suspend, or discontinue a Task category based on safety, law, jurisdiction, platform policy, insurance requirements, operational considerations, or other legitimate reasons.
The inclusion of a Task category in these Terms does not mean that the category is currently available in every jurisdiction or during every stage of the Rraft platform.
8. Special Rules for Recurring Tasks
Recurring Tasks are limited to eligible Resident-only activities involving the participating Community Member's own dwelling.
A Recurring Task may not be used to assign a Community Member recurring operational responsibility for the Property generally, another Resident's dwelling, the leasing office, common-area management, or other dwelling units.
Examples of activities that may be eligible for recurring scheduling include, when permitted by applicable law and the applicable rental agreement:
- replacing HVAC filters;
- testing smoke detection devices;
- replacing smoke detector batteries when appropriate;
- testing carbon monoxide detectors;
- completing seasonal Resident responsibility checklists; and
- similar routine activities associated with the Community Member's own dwelling.
The existence of a recurring schedule does not require a Community Member to accept any occurrence of the Task. Each Reward opportunity remains voluntary.
9. Accepting and Completing Tasks
Community Members independently choose whether to accept available Tasks.
Rraft does not guarantee the availability of any particular Task, category of Task, frequency of Tasks, or amount of Rewards.
A Task may contain eligibility requirements, completion criteria, completion windows, safety requirements, Task-specific procedures, documentation requirements, and verification requirements.
Subject to the requirements of an accepted Task, a Community Member determines when and how to complete the Task within the applicable completion window.
Task requirements may establish the result to be achieved and may include procedures reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, privacy, documentation, evidentiary integrity, Property protection, or verification.
Community Members agree to follow the requirements applicable to a Task they voluntarily accept.
A Community Member may not intentionally bypass a required procedure and remain eligible for the associated Task Reward.
A Community Member should stop a Task if the Community Member reasonably believes conditions are unsafe, materially different from the Task description, unlawful, or require qualifications the Community Member does not possess.
10. No Required Schedule or Minimum Participation
Except for completion windows, scheduled appointments, or deadlines associated with a voluntarily accepted Task, Rraft does not require Community Members to work scheduled shifts or maintain a general work schedule.
Community Members are not required to:
- accept any particular Task;
- complete a minimum number of Tasks;
- earn a minimum amount of Rewards;
- remain available during designated hours;
- maintain an ongoing relationship with Rraft or a Property Provider; or
- refrain from employment, business, educational, personal, or other activities outside Rraft.
A Restricted Task involving a scheduled appointment does not create an obligation to accept future appointments or Tasks.
11. Rewards and Reward Eligibility
The Reward associated with an eligible Task or activity will generally be displayed before a Community Member accepts or begins the opportunity.
A Community Member becomes eligible for a Task Reward after satisfying the applicable Task requirements and completing any required verification process.
A Participation Reward becomes eligible for processing after the applicable participation requirements have been satisfied.
Rewards may be subject to Task verification, fraud prevention, identity verification, payment processing, legal restrictions, tax-reporting requirements, and other reasonable platform controls.
Rraft may refuse, hold, reverse, or recover a Reward obtained through fraud, material misrepresentation, duplicate submissions, falsification of Task Evidence, manipulation of the Services, unauthorized account activity, or another material violation of these Terms.
12. Property Provider Purchases and Fees
Property Providers may be required to purchase or fund Tasks, programs, subscriptions, or other Services through Rraft.
Applicable prices, fees, and payment requirements will be disclosed through the Services before the applicable purchase or transaction is completed.
The amount charged to a Property Provider may include amounts associated with Rewards, platform access, processing, administration, technology, or other Services.
The amount paid by a Property Provider for a Task or Service does not necessarily equal the Task Reward or Participation Reward displayed or delivered to a Community Member.
Purchasing or funding a Task does not guarantee that an eligible Community Member will accept or complete the Task.
Cancellations, refunds, credits, expirations, and similar matters will be governed by the terms displayed for the applicable purchase, Task, program, subscription, or other Service and by applicable law.
13. Task Verification, Attestations, and Signatures
A Task may require Task Evidence including photographs, videos, responses to Task-specific questions, checklists, timestamps, receipts, tracking information, location information, signatures, attestations, or other reasonable evidence of completion.
When Property Provider verification is required, the Property Provider must review submissions in good faith and apply the requirements disclosed for the Task.
A Property Provider may not reject an otherwise valid Task submission for discriminatory, retaliatory, arbitrary, or unrelated reasons.
Rraft may require a Community Member to attest that a Task was completed truthfully and in accordance with the Task requirements and to sign or electronically sign that attestation.
Restricted Tasks may require additional declarations, acknowledgments, certifications of facts, or signed records in a form established for the applicable Task and jurisdiction.
Where applicable, a Restricted Task may require a Community Member to execute a declaration under penalty of perjury or another legally recognized factual attestation.
A Community Member may not sign an attestation, declaration, or other Task record that the Community Member knows to be false or materially incomplete.
Rraft may preserve Task Evidence, signatures, attestations, timestamps, Task versions, documents, and related audit information for verification, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, compliance, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
14. Task Review and Reward Processing
Certain Tasks may require review or approval by the applicable Property Provider before the associated Task Reward is released.
Property Providers agree to review submitted Tasks honestly, reasonably, and in accordance with the Task requirements presented through Rraft.
Rraft may require a Property Provider to provide a reason when rejecting a Task submission.
Rraft may provide procedures for correcting an incomplete submission, challenging a rejection, or reviewing a dispute concerning Task completion.
Rraft may review Task records and Task Evidence when investigating disputes or potential misuse of the Services.
Rraft may facilitate the processing and delivery of Rewards using Rraft systems or third-party payment providers.
Processing times may vary based on payment method, financial institution, identity verification, fraud review, technical conditions, legal requirements, or third-party providers.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to receive a Reward.
Rraft is not responsible for delays caused solely by a User's financial institution, payment provider, inaccurate information, or circumstances outside Rraft's reasonable control.
15. Taxes
Rewards may be subject to federal, state, local, or other taxes depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Users are responsible for their own tax obligations except to the extent applicable law requires Rraft or another party to withhold, collect, report, or remit taxes.
Rraft may request tax identification information and provide tax forms or reports when required by applicable law.
16. Relationship of the Parties
Rraft provides a technology platform through which Community Members may voluntarily discover and participate in individual Tasks and other opportunities.
Community Members independently decide whether to use Rraft, whether to make themselves available for Tasks, and whether to accept any particular Task or opportunity presented through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms requires a Community Member to accept or complete any particular Task, complete any minimum number of Tasks, remain active for any minimum period, maintain minimum hours, or participate exclusively through Rraft.
Rraft does not guarantee any Community Member a particular number or frequency of Tasks, any minimum amount of Rewards, or continued availability of any Task category.
Community Members remain free to engage in employment, business, educational, personal, or other activities outside Rraft.
Subject to the requirements of an accepted Task, Community Members determine when and how to complete the Task within any applicable completion window.
Task requirements may establish the result to be achieved and may include safety requirements, legal procedures, documentation requirements, privacy requirements, Property-protection requirements, verification requirements, or other requirements reasonably necessary for the applicable Task.
The parties intend that Community Members participate through Rraft independently and voluntarily and not as employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Rraft.
Use of Rraft does not itself create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or similar relationship between a Community Member and a Property Provider.
Community Members have no authority to enter into agreements, make representations, incur obligations, or otherwise bind Rraft or a Property Provider except to the limited extent expressly authorized as part of a specific Task.
Nothing in these Terms waives a right or obligation that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
17. Property Provider Responsibilities
Property Providers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Rraft complies with applicable landlord-tenant, fair housing, real estate, employment, licensing, privacy, safety, tax, and other laws.
Property Providers agree that they will:
- offer only lawful Tasks permitted through Rraft;
- provide accurate information concerning Tasks and Rewards;
- review Task submissions fairly and in good faith;
- maintain legally required Property conditions and services;
- remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred to a Community Member;
- comply with applicable housing, nondiscrimination, and anti-retaliation laws;
- refrain from requiring Residents to use Rraft as a condition of tenancy;
- refrain from penalizing a Resident for declining a Task, Restricted Task, Rraft Qualification, or Community Member entry request;
- ensure that any document, notice, instruction, authorization, or other material supplied by the Property Provider is accurate and lawfully authorized;
- satisfy all Property Provider prerequisites required by a Restricted Task;
- maintain any insurance, license, registration, permit, or other authorization legally required for the Property Provider's operations; and
- cooperate with reasonable Rraft compliance, safety, and fraud-prevention reviews.
18. Property Provider Duties Are Not Eliminated Through Rraft
Rraft may not be used to unlawfully transfer, eliminate, reduce, or avoid a Property Provider's statutory, regulatory, contractual, or other legally imposed responsibilities.
Property Providers remain responsible for habitability, legally required maintenance, statutory notices, safety obligations, repairs, building systems, code compliance, tenancy decisions, and other landlord or property-management obligations to the extent those responsibilities are imposed upon them by applicable law.
A Community Member's completion of a Task does not, by itself, establish that a Property Provider, dwelling, building system, notice, inspection, repair, or Property condition complies with applicable law.
Rraft does not independently certify legal compliance, habitability, code compliance, legal sufficiency of a notice, or the adequacy of a Property Provider's compliance program unless Rraft expressly states otherwise.
19. Restricted and Prohibited Tasks
Certain Tasks involve additional safety, privacy, legal, evidentiary, Property-access, or compliance considerations. Rraft may classify those activities as Restricted Tasks.
Restricted Tasks may only be made available when Rraft has enabled the applicable Task category for the relevant jurisdiction and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Requirements for a Restricted Task may include, without limitation:
- completion of a Rraft Qualification;
- Task-specific training or testing;
- identity verification;
- Property Provider authorization or acknowledgment;
- Resident consent or scheduling where another Resident's dwelling is involved;
- compliance with jurisdiction-specific procedures;
- additional Task Evidence;
- signed or electronically signed attestations, declarations, or factual certifications;
- professional licenses or credentials where applicable law requires them; and
- any other safeguard established by Rraft.
Restricted Tasks may include, where enabled and lawful:
- delivery, posting, or mailing of Property Provider-prepared notices;
- documentation of delivery, posting, or mailing of a notice;
- move-in condition documentation;
- move-out condition documentation;
- scheduled activities requiring authorized entry into another Resident's dwelling;
- certain Property-support or administrative activities; and
- other categories specifically designated by Rraft as Restricted Tasks.
Notice Delivery, Posting, and Mailing Tasks
When Rraft enables a Restricted Task involving a notice, the Property Provider is responsible for selecting the appropriate notice, preparing or approving its contents, determining that the notice is appropriate for the circumstances, and authorizing the Task.
The Community Member is not responsible for deciding whether a notice should legally be issued or whether a particular legal remedy should be pursued.
A Community Member performing a notice-related Restricted Task acts only within the scope of the specific posting, mailing, documentation, and verification instructions presented through Rraft.
Rraft may establish no-contact procedures intended to reduce the risk of confrontation between Community Members and notice recipients.
Where a Task is designated as a no-contact Task, the Community Member must not intentionally initiate personal contact with the recipient unless necessary for safety or expressly instructed by Rraft.
Rraft may establish requirements concerning the location and method of posting, approved temporary attachment materials, photographs, dates, timestamps, mailing, certified or tracked mailing, postal receipts, tracking numbers, document verification, signatures, attestations, or other Task Evidence.
Unless expressly authorized by Rraft and permitted by applicable law, a Community Member performing a notice-related Task may not:
- independently choose which legal or statutory notice should be issued;
- draft or materially modify the notice;
- determine that a Resident has violated a lease;
- determine that grounds for eviction or another legal action exist;
- provide legal advice;
- negotiate the legal effect of the notice with the recipient;
- represent that the Community Member is an attorney, court official, law enforcement officer, or governmental agent; or
- intentionally deviate from the applicable Rraft workflow while representing the Task as properly completed.
Rraft may preserve a copy of the exact notice or document associated with a Restricted Task together with Task Evidence and technical records intended to establish which document was used in completing the Task.
Move-In and Move-Out Condition Tasks
Rraft may permit qualified Community Members to document observable conditions within a dwelling as part of an approved move-in or move-out workflow.
Such Tasks may include photographs, videos, checklists, meter readings, inventory information, cleanliness observations, visible-condition observations, key information, and similar factual documentation.
Unless expressly authorized and lawful, a Community Member performing condition documentation may not make final determinations concerning:
- legal liability;
- whether damage constitutes ordinary wear or tenant-caused damage;
- security-deposit deductions;
- repair charges;
- lease violations;
- habitability or code compliance;
- the legal condition of the dwelling; or
- other determinations reserved to the Property Provider, Resident, licensed professional, governmental authority, or other legally authorized person.
Prohibited Tasks
Regardless of Rraft Qualification, Community Members may not use Rraft to perform activities that Rraft prohibits or that applicable law does not permit the Community Member to perform.
Prohibited Tasks include, without limitation:
- making final legal determinations concerning another Resident's tenancy;
- independently deciding whether another Resident should be evicted;
- filing legal actions on behalf of another person without legal authority;
- providing legal advice when not legally authorized to do so;
- entering another Resident's occupied dwelling through a Rraft Task without the advance scheduling and affirmative Resident consent required by Rraft;
- accessing confidential Resident or applicant information beyond what is authorized and reasonably necessary for the Task;
- performing governmental, code, professional, or other regulated inspections without legally required qualifications;
- performing work requiring a professional license, registration, certification, or permit without possessing the legally required qualification;
- unlawfully transferring a Property Provider's statutory responsibilities to a Community Member; or
- any activity Rraft determines presents an unacceptable legal, privacy, fraud, safety, or compliance risk.
20. Leasing and Applicant Activities
Community Members may not make applicant screening, rental eligibility, lease approval, denial, or other discretionary housing decisions on behalf of a Property Provider unless Rraft expressly enables the activity and applicable law permits the Community Member to perform it.
Rraft may permit referral programs in which a Community Member refers a potential applicant and becomes eligible for a Participation Reward after the applicable referral requirements are satisfied.
Rraft may also permit narrowly defined administrative or leasing-support Restricted Tasks in jurisdictions where such activities are lawful and all Rraft requirements have been satisfied.
Property Providers remain responsible for discretionary applicant screening and housing decisions except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
21. Entry Into Another Resident's Dwelling
A Community Member may not enter another Resident's occupied dwelling through a Rraft Task unless the entry has been scheduled in advance and the occupying Resident has affirmatively agreed to the Community Member performing the Task.
Before approving Community Member entry, Rraft may provide the occupying Resident with information concerning the purpose of the Task, proposed date or time window, nature of the activity, and other information reasonably necessary for the Resident to make an informed decision.
Rraft may require additional confirmation before the scheduled Task and may provide identifying information concerning the Community Member assigned to the Task.
Authorization to enter is limited to the Task, dwelling, purpose, and time period for which the Resident provided consent.
A Community Member may not use a Rraft Task as authority to enter the dwelling at another time or for another purpose.
A Resident may decline Community Member entry without losing eligibility for housing services or being penalized for declining participation in Rraft.
Declining entry by a Rraft Community Member does not, by itself, determine whether a Property Provider may independently possess a lawful right of access through another process.
Rraft Community Member entry and a Property Provider's independent legal access rights are separate.
Nothing within Rraft independently grants a Property Provider, Community Member, or other person a legal right to enter a dwelling.
22. Safety and Unsafe Conditions
Community Members should not perform a Task they reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, beyond their ability, or requires professional qualifications they do not possess.
Community Members should stop a Task if they encounter unexpected electrical, structural, fire, gas, chemical, biological, environmental, mechanical, threatening, confrontational, or other potentially unsafe conditions.
Rraft may establish safety procedures intended to minimize unnecessary contact or confrontation between Community Members and other Residents.
Community Members must follow Task-specific requirements concerning contact, access, Property protection, approved materials, documentation, and departure from the Property.
Rraft Tasks are not a substitute for emergency services.
Immediate threats to life, health, safety, fire, crime, gas leaks, or similar emergencies should be reported through the appropriate emergency service or governmental authority, not through Rraft.
23. Fair Housing and Nondiscrimination
Rraft must not be used to discriminate against a person in violation of applicable federal, state, or local law.
Property Providers must establish and administer Task, Reward, and Restricted Task eligibility using lawful, objective, and nondiscriminatory criteria.
A Resident's Rraft participation, Task acceptance, Task history, Reward history, Rraft Qualification, or decision not to participate may not be used as a proxy for unlawful discrimination or as a basis for a housing decision where prohibited by law or these Terms.
24. Anti-Retaliation
Rraft may not be used to retaliate against a Resident for:
- making a good-faith complaint;
- making a maintenance or repair request through the Property Provider's ordinary or legally required channels;
- requesting an accommodation;
- reporting a safety concern;
- contacting a governmental authority;
- exercising a legal right;
- participating in a legal proceeding;
- declining a Rraft Task;
- declining Community Member entry; or
- engaging in other legally protected conduct.
A Property Provider may not reduce access to otherwise eligible Rraft opportunities, manipulate Task availability, reject valid Task submissions, or otherwise misuse Rraft for the purpose of retaliating against a Resident.
25. Participation History and Qualifications
Rraft may maintain records of Tasks, Rewards, Rraft Qualifications, training, achievements, milestones, and participation for legitimate platform purposes.
Rraft may provide Community Members with information regarding their own participation, qualifications, and achievements.
Property Providers may not use participation history, Reward history, or Rraft Qualifications as a substitute for lawful housing criteria or as a means of penalizing Residents who choose not to participate.
26. Task Evidence, Photos, Videos, Receipts, and Records
Certain Tasks may require Community Members to submit photographs, videos, receipts, postal or delivery tracking information, checklists, comments, signatures, attestations, or other Task Evidence.
Community Members must submit genuine Task Evidence relating to the Task actually performed and may not knowingly alter, fabricate, recycle, or misrepresent Task Evidence.
Rraft may associate Task Evidence with information such as the Task identifier, document version, Property, dwelling, Community Member, Property Provider, date, time, location, submission history, and other relevant audit information.
For Restricted Tasks, Rraft may preserve the exact document or record associated with the Task and maintain technical information intended to establish which version was provided, used, delivered, documented, or completed.
Rraft may use technical integrity measures, including document identifiers, version records, cryptographic hashes, timestamps, or similar controls, to preserve or verify records associated with a Task.
Community Members should avoid intentionally including unrelated people, private communications, financial records, medical information, identification documents, or other sensitive information unless that information is specifically required and lawfully collected.
By submitting Task Evidence, you grant Rraft a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display the submission as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, verify completion, administer Rewards, address disputes, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
This license does not authorize Rraft to use private Task Evidence in public advertising or marketing without additional permission where permission is required.
27. Location Information
Certain features may request location information when reasonably necessary for Task verification, Property identification, fraud prevention, safety, Restricted Task administration, or another disclosed platform function.
Rraft will request device permissions where required before accessing device-based location information.
Collection, use, storage, sharing, and retention of location information are further described in the Rraft Privacy Policy and applicable Task-specific disclosures.
28. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is also subject to the Rraft Privacy Policy, which describes how Rraft collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information.
Property Providers may receive information reasonably necessary to administer their Properties, purchase or manage Tasks, review submissions, verify participation, administer Rewards, and satisfy legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
Community Members performing Restricted Tasks may receive only the information Rraft determines is reasonably necessary to perform the applicable Task.
Property Providers and Community Members may not use information obtained through Rraft for unlawful discrimination, retaliation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, identity theft, or other purposes prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
29. Communications and Notifications
Rraft may send transactional communications concerning account activity, Tasks, scheduling, dwelling-access requests, submissions, Rewards, qualifications, security, changes to the Services, and other matters relating to use of Rraft.
Depending on your preferences and applicable law, communications may be sent through email, SMS, push notifications, in-app notifications, or other supported methods.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
30. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit through Rraft except for the limited rights you grant to Rraft under these Terms.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that your content does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
31. Rraft Intellectual Property
The Services, including Rraft software, interfaces, logos, branding, designs, graphics, documentation, Task workflows, training materials, and other materials created by or for Rraft, are owned by Rraft or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Rraft grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, sell, sublicense, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted by law or with Rraft's written authorization.
32. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use Rraft for unlawful purposes;
- submit false or fraudulent Task Evidence;
- falsely sign or attest to Task completion;
- manipulate Tasks, Rewards, referrals, qualifications, or eligibility;
- falsify completion of training or a Rraft Qualification;
- create false accounts or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, unnecessarily confront, or exploit another User;
- enter a dwelling without the authorization required under these Terms;
- collect another person's personal information without authorization;
- use Rraft to facilitate unlawful housing discrimination or retaliation;
- create, offer, accept, or perform a prohibited Task;
- misuse confidential Resident, applicant, or Property Provider information; or
- circumvent Rraft's safety, verification, training, access, evidence, Reward, or compliance controls.
33. Third-Party Services
Rraft may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, identity verification providers, mapping services, communications providers, cloud providers, mailing or delivery providers, and other technology services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
Rraft is not responsible for third-party products or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
34. Beta, Pilot, and Future Features
Certain Rraft features may be offered as beta, pilot, experimental, early-access, or testing features.
The description of a Task category, Restricted Task, qualification, dwelling-access process, notice workflow, condition-documentation workflow, or other functionality in these Terms does not represent that the feature is currently available.
Rraft may introduce particular Restricted Tasks only after completing additional development, testing, training, compliance review, jurisdictional review, or other prerequisites Rraft considers appropriate.
Beta features may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or features that are modified or discontinued during testing.
Beta status does not modify any right or obligation that cannot legally be waived.
35. Account Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using Rraft at any time.
Rraft may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, Task eligibility, or Rraft Qualification when reasonably necessary because of fraud, material violation of these Terms, safety concerns, unlawful conduct, abuse of another User, falsification of Task Evidence, misuse of Rewards, security risks, failure to follow Restricted Task procedures, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate, Rraft may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before permanent termination.
Suspension or termination of a Resident's Rraft account or Rraft Qualification does not terminate the Resident's lease or tenancy.
Property Providers may not use Rraft account suspension or loss of a Rraft Qualification as an independent basis for eviction, lease termination, or another adverse housing action.
36. Service Availability and Changes
Rraft may modify, maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services.
Rraft does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Rraft may suspend an individual Task category or jurisdiction-specific workflow without suspending the remainder of the Services.
37. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
RRAFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ALL DEFECTS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
RRAFT DOES NOT WARRANT OR CERTIFY THE CONDITION, SAFETY, HABITABILITY, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR GENERAL MANAGEMENT OF ANY PROPERTY.
RRAFT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT COMPLETION OF A TASK, RESTRICTED TASK, WORKFLOW, NOTICE DELIVERY, CONDITION DOCUMENTATION, OR OTHER ACTIVITY SATISFIES A PROPERTY PROVIDER'S LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
A RRAFT QUALIFICATION REPRESENTS SATISFACTION OF RRAFT'S PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS ONLY AND DOES NOT REPLACE A LICENSE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION, OR OTHER CREDENTIAL REQUIRED BY LAW.
RRAFT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF TASKS, THE AMOUNT OR FREQUENCY OF REWARDS, OR A COMMUNITY MEMBER'S ELIGIBILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR TASK OR REWARD.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS A WARRANTY, RIGHT, REMEDY, OR OBLIGATION THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
38. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RRAFT AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RRAFT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- the amount you paid directly to Rraft during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
39. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Property Providers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rraft and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
- an unlawful Task offered or authorized by the Property Provider;
- a notice, legal document, instruction, or other material selected, prepared, supplied, or authorized by the Property Provider;
- an unlawful housing, tenancy, leasing, or property-management decision made by the Property Provider;
- a violation of landlord-tenant, fair housing, licensing, privacy, safety, employment, or other applicable law by the Property Provider;
- Property conditions for which the Property Provider is legally responsible;
- the Property Provider's misuse of Resident or Community Member information;
- the Property Provider's failure to satisfy prerequisites associated with a Restricted Task; or
- the Property Provider's material breach of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rraft harmless from third-party claims arising from the User's own fraud, intentional unlawful conduct, knowing falsification of Task Evidence, unauthorized access, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
40. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or litigation against Rraft, a User and Rraft agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally, except where immediate relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law does not permit such a requirement.
A User seeking to initiate a dispute must provide Rraft with written notice describing:
- the User's name and account information;
- the nature and basis of the dispute;
- relevant Task, Reward, transaction, or other identifying information;
- the relief requested; and
- sufficient information for Rraft to reasonably investigate the matter.
The notice must be sent to info@rraft.io with "Legal Dispute Notice" in the subject line unless Rraft designates another legal-notice address through the Services.
Rraft may provide a similar written notice before initiating a dispute against a User.
The parties will have thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute before either party initiates arbitration, unless the parties agree to extend that period or immediate relief is permitted under these Terms.
This informal dispute requirement does not prevent a User from reporting a matter to a governmental agency, law enforcement authority, regulator, or other governmental body.
41. Agreement to Binding Individual Arbitration
PLEASE READ SECTIONS 41 THROUGH 46 CAREFULLY. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRE MOST DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND RRAFT TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT.
Except for disputes specifically excluded by these Terms, you and Rraft agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, your account, any Task, Restricted Task, Reward, Rraft Qualification, Task Evidence, payment, transaction, communication, your use of or access to the Services, the relationship between you and Rraft, or termination of that relationship will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be interpreted broadly and applies to claims arising under contract, tort, statute, regulation, common law, equity, or any other legal theory, whether the claim arose before or after you accepted these Terms.
ARBITRATION WILL OCCUR ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and judicial review of an arbitration award is limited.
The Federal Arbitration Act and applicable federal arbitration law govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
42. Arbitration Procedures and Costs
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the AAA rules and procedures applicable to the nature of the dispute at the time arbitration is commenced, except as modified by these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
AAA will determine the applicable administrative rules and fee schedule in accordance with its rules and procedures.
If AAA determines that its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply to coordinated or high-volume individual arbitration demands, those supplementary rules will apply together with the otherwise applicable AAA rules.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and a mandatory provision of the applicable AAA rules, the mandatory AAA provision will control.
Unless applicable law or the applicable AAA rules provide otherwise, an individual User initiating arbitration will be responsible for the filing fee assigned to that individual under the applicable AAA fee schedule.
Rraft will pay administrative fees, arbitrator compensation, and other arbitration expenses that applicable AAA rules or applicable law require Rraft to pay.
Each party will ordinarily be responsible for its own attorneys' fees, expert fees, witness expenses, and other expenses incurred in presenting its case, except where applicable law, these Terms, or the arbitrator authorizes an award of such fees or expenses.
Nothing in this Section prevents an arbitrator from imposing fees, costs, sanctions, or other relief where permitted by applicable law or applicable arbitration rules because a claim or defense was frivolous, brought for purposes of harassment, made in bad faith, or otherwise subject to sanctions.
Arbitration may be conducted by video conference, telephone, written submissions, or another method permitted by the applicable AAA rules.
Unless the parties agree otherwise, any in-person arbitration hearing will be held in Spokane County, Washington.
If applicable AAA rules, applicable law, or a determination by AAA or the arbitrator requires a different hearing location, that requirement will control.
The arbitrator may award any individual remedy or relief that would otherwise be available to the applicable party under applicable law, subject to these Terms.
43. Class, Collective, Consolidated, and Representative Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND RRAFT AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither you nor Rraft may bring, maintain, participate in, or seek relief through a class action, collective action, consolidated action, representative action, private-attorney-general action, or other proceeding in which a party seeks relief on behalf of other persons.
YOU AND RRAFT EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE HEARD OR RESOLVED AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Unless all affected parties expressly agree in writing after a dispute arises, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of different individuals or conduct any form of class, collective, consolidated, or representative arbitration.
The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim, except to the extent applicable law creates a right to relief that cannot lawfully be waived or limited in this manner.
44. Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND RRAFT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY DISPUTE SUBJECT TO THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.
If a dispute is determined not to be subject to arbitration, you and Rraft also waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent such a waiver is permitted by applicable law.
45. Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for that court and remains on an individual basis.
Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when reasonably necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm while arbitration is pending, including relief involving:
- unauthorized account or system access;
- misuse of confidential information;
- intellectual property;
- fraud;
- cybersecurity threats; or
- immediate threats to the security or integrity of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms prevents any person from reporting conduct to, communicating with, filing a charge or complaint with, or participating in an investigation or proceeding conducted by a governmental agency, regulator, or law enforcement authority.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration of a claim that applicable law provides cannot lawfully be subjected to mandatory pre-dispute arbitration.
This arbitration agreement governs disputes between a User and Rraft. It does not, by itself, require arbitration of an independent landlord-tenant dispute solely between a Resident and Property Provider that does not involve Rraft or the Services.
46. Arbitration Authority, Severability, and Survival
Except where applicable law requires a court to decide a particular issue, the arbitrator will have authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability, scope, formation, and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the arbitration agreement will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the prohibition against class, collective, consolidated, or representative arbitration is determined to be invalid or unenforceable with respect to a particular claim in a manner that would otherwise require such arbitration, that claim will not proceed in class, collective, consolidated, or representative arbitration unless Rraft expressly agrees in writing.
Instead, the affected claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent required by applicable law.
This arbitration agreement, class and collective action waiver, jury trial waiver, and applicable dispute-resolution provisions survive suspension, cancellation, deletion, or termination of an account and termination of these Terms.
47. Court Venue for Non-Arbitrable Matters
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute between you and Rraft that is not subject to arbitration and is not eligible for small claims court must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Spokane County, Washington, or otherwise serving Spokane County, Washington.
You and Rraft consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such disputes and waive any objection based on improper venue or an inconvenient forum to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
48. Electronic Records and Signatures
By using Rraft, you consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, records, and other communications electronically where permitted by law.
Certain Rraft activities may require you to provide an electronic signature, typed signature, signed attestation, acknowledgment, declaration, or other electronic confirmation.
When you intentionally provide a signature or electronic confirmation through Rraft, you agree that Rraft may associate that action with your account, the applicable Task or record, date and time, applicable version of the document, and other relevant audit information.
You agree that an electronic signature or confirmation that you intentionally provide through Rraft may be used as evidence of your agreement, attestation, or acknowledgment to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rraft may require a particular form of signature, declaration, acknowledgment, or record where a Task or applicable law requires additional formalities.
49. Changes to These Terms
Rraft may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, safety practices, business operations, Task categories, or other legitimate reasons.
When a change is material, Rraft may provide reasonable notice through the Services, email, or another appropriate communication method before the updated Terms become effective when required by applicable law.
Rraft may require Users to affirmatively accept a new version of these Terms before continuing to use some or all of the Services.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
An amendment to these Terms will not retroactively alter the parties' rights concerning a dispute that arose before the amendment to the extent applicable law prohibits such retroactive modification.
50. Governing Law
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions of these Terms to the extent applicable.
Except to the extent federal law or another mandatory law controls, these Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this Section eliminates rights or protections that applicable law does not permit a User to waive.
51. Severability
Except as specifically provided in the arbitration provisions of these Terms, if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
52. No Waiver
Rraft's failure to exercise or enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive Rraft's right to exercise or enforce that provision or another provision later.
53. Assignment
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without Rraft's prior written consent except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Rraft may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, change of control, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
54. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Rraft Privacy Policy, applicable program terms, Restricted Task terms, Task-specific disclosures, jurisdiction-specific requirements, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services.
These Terms do not replace a Resident's lease or rental agreement and do not modify rights or duties that cannot lawfully be modified through these Terms.
55. State and Local Requirements
Housing, notice, Property access, real estate, licensing, privacy, tax, and other requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
Rraft may establish additional state-specific, local, Property-specific, Restricted Task-specific, or Task-specific requirements when necessary or appropriate.
A Task or Restricted Task may be available in one jurisdiction and unavailable or subject to different requirements in another.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory law will control to the extent of the conflict.
